How are Clamp Electrodes used to generate High Reproducibility?
Using a combination of two forceps electrodes, Clamp electrode act as an indicator attached on the wrist and ankle for high reproducibility.
The 16-Point Clamp Electrodes were developed in a way so that the electrodes can be positioned on the wrist and ankle bone. It allows the instructor to place the electrode in the proper position and secures the reproducibility by minimizing measurement errors. This technology also exempts resistance from the hands and feet, securing a more accurate result.
With the 16-Point Clamp Electrodes, two different measurement modes are provided which enables users to choose between —Research (Distal) and Medical (Proximal), depending on their purposes.
Can the BWA 2.0 be used with Amputee Patients?
Yes, the BWA 2.0 is able to be used in wider range of subjects, such as amputee patients, when utilizing Clamp Electrodes.
